1.1 Personal Information

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as when you request a proposal, contact us, register for or use the homeowner portal, submit a maintenance request, or communicate with us as a board member, homeowner, resident, or vendor. This may include your name, email address, phone number, property or community address, association/board role, and any details you include in your message, request, or portal submission.

1.2 Association & Community Information

In the course of providing management services, we may process information relating to community associations we serve, which can include homeowner and resident contact details, account and assessment information, maintenance and violation records, and governance documents. 4. Data Security

We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. While we take reasonable steps to secure your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for business operations, association management and recordkeeping, and legal, tax, and contractual obligations, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
