Elevating the Industry Standard for Southern California HOA Management

Founded on professional certification and an operational depth most HOA management firms don't have in-house.

Our Story

So Cal Property Enterprises manages 15 homeowners associations across Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego, and San Bernardino counties from its Corona headquarters. The company was built around a straightforward mission: elevate the industry standard for HOA and community association management in Southern California — starting with who it hires. Every community manager goes through background investigations, drug testing, personality profiling, and skills testing before joining, and CMCA certification is required prior to hire or within the first year, with the company covering the cost. That same standard shows up in two of the company's core investments: an in-house licensed general contractor and a full in-house accounting department — both built to keep expertise in-house rather than outsourced.
