The management services we provide to any community association are governed exclusively by a separate written management agreement between So Cal Property Enterprises and that association, which sets out the scope, fees, term, and other terms of service. Nothing on this Site modifies or supersedes any such agreement or any community’s governing documents (CC&Rs, bylaws, or rules).
